- Lama pendidikan 3 bulan in-classroom dan 4 bulan on-the-job training
- Classroom dilaksnakan di yogyakarta dan on-the-job training dilakukan di Bank sinar Mas di Jakarta, dimulai bulan Mei 2010
- Biaya pendidikan ditanggung oleh peserta (Bank Sinar Mas menyediakan dana talangan maksimum 75% dari biaya pendidikan, atau Bank Sinar Mas akan mengganti biaya pendidikan setelah yang bersangkutan bekerja selama 1 tahun sebgai karyawan Bank Sinar Mas)
- Selama on-the-job training di Jakarta, peserta memperoleh uang saku dan disediakan asmara.
